Jon's career in tech and media companies included five changes of control, including a NASDAQ IPO as CEO. In the Short Term Rental Industry, Jon has been a board member for three different STR companies, each having their own successful merger or sale. He is now a co-owner and President of Great Dwellings and has been a host with his very own properties for 20 years.

Since joining Great Dwellings in 2018, the company has grown 15x, expanded to 5 additional markets, and increased MRR and ARR respectively. Zac's thorough understanding of the property management industry and passion for revenue help fuel growth and position the company for long-term scalability.

Agustin brings almost 20 years of short-term rental leadership to Great Dwellings and Great Villas; as a Channel Management industry leader and in Latin America. Agustin is responsible for our fast growth business in the Yucatan and elsewhere in Mexico.

Educated in Mexico City and the US in environmental engineering, Andres successfully entered the Property Management industry in 1999 in Los Cabos, Mexico. As a partner in our Mexico sister company Great Villas de México, Andres drives growth and excellence through Mexico revenue and operations.

Originally from Belgium, Adrien studied hotel management and began his career in luxury hospitality. In 2015, he made the move to Mexico to work in more luxury resorts. At Great Dwellings since 2019, he has been helping lead company growth from the very beginning to now, one of Quintana Roo’s most successful vacation rental firms.

Ali’s career spans more than 20 years across technology and product development in high-growth organizations, including founding multiple ventures and leading two successful exits in enterprise software. He served as founder, CTO/VP Engineering, and strategic technologist, helping teams from concept through scale with a focus on operational excellence and revenue generation.
